Sarah A. Todd Memorial Home, established in 1965, is a nonprofit retirement community offering nursing care and independent living services to senior citizens. It offers one- and two-bedroom apartments and cottages with fully equipped kitchens, electronic appliances, washer, dryer, smoke detectors and dishwashers. The services offered by the community include weekly housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, laundry, emergency support and medical assistance.
