Mount Aloysius College

Established in 1853, Mount Aloysius College is a liberal arts and science-based institution serving more than 1,500 students. The college provides associate and bachelor s degrees, and offers a wide range of undergraduate, graduate and honors programs. It provides courses in accounting, investigations, biology, business administration, general science and political science. The college also offers online noncredit courses and business certificate programs. Its library provides print and electronic resources, including more than 80,000 books, and a database of magazine and journal articles. The college also provides programs in information technology, medical imaging, professional studies, psychology, and sign language and interpreter education. Mount Aloysius College has a health and fitness center offering sports activities, such as basketball, volleyball, baseball and softball. The college is a member of the National Collegiate Honors Council, and is located in Cresson, Pa.
