Muddy Waters Oyster Bar is about shucking, peeling, and crackin' the finest shellfish America has to offer and cookin' up the best Cajun food this side of Mississipi. Po Boys', Gumbo, Jazz and blues that's how we get down round here. Bourbon, Beer, and Champagne flow like three rivers in this bar. Get on down to the east end, slurp down a dozen, crack a few cold ones and laissez le bon temps rouler!!
