We waited 40 minutes at Mayfield Heights, OH, Cleveland Clinic location for 1 coffee, 1 hot tea and 1 blueberry bagel. The staff was extremely slow and had absolutely no sense of urgency or time....

Came at 7:15 Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Said yo anybody here!! Heard someone shuffling around in the back. No one up front to take an order....so I left.
