Park Avenue Manor

PresbyHomes and Services provides continuing care and affordable housing to more than 2,300 senior citizens in over 25 communities, including one located in Rydal Park, Pa. Built on a 20-acre woodland campus, the continuing care retirement community offers additional care and provides a blend of security, activities, comfortable accommodations and special amenities. A ministry of the local Presbyterian church, its interdisciplinary team is comprised of physicians, nurses, social workers, recreation therapists, dieticians and rehabilitation therapists. Its comprehensive rehabilitation team of certified physical, occupational and speech therapists are dedicated to restoring wellness for senior citizens who require long-term care and for those who come following an acute illness or surgery. Its program offers nursing, one-to-one therapy, nutrition services, group exercise and interdisciplinary care.
