Honestly, I thought this place was closed. When I walked in there was not another soul to be seen except for an employee eating in one of the booths. That should have been my first indication to...

I put my order in online 10 minutes before I got here. Then I see all the staff standing around doing nothing even when there's a line of people so I ask if they got my order and they said yes....
