Dr. March was born in Washington, DC and grew up in Bethesda, MD. He completed his undergraduate studies at Tufts University where he majored in psychology. He attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine where he graduated in the top of his class and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He completed his residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He then undertook fellowship in Hip and Knee Reconstruction at the Norton Orthopaedic Institute in Louisville, Kentucky.
