Slack no-showed for two install appointments, on consecutive days. Both times, it was clearly due to a complete lack of organization. No attempt was made to contact the customer, and no apologies...

Horrible customer service!! They will not fix a faulty door and I have tried for months to get the problem solved and get no response.
