With Mariana Willett as co-owner they decided to open the same style of cafe with great goagies and pizzas and throw in some lebanese and latin flare to go with. Mariana is a native of Puerto Rico and brings alot of the family recipes and prepares them as daily specials. One of her favorite and most popular items is the Flan, which she makes in many non-traditional flavors. Flavors include: coconut, pumpking cheese, banana, key lime& cranberry cheese.
