Gastroenterology is a medical specialty devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the esophagus, stomach, intestines, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas. Our practice is committed to providing state-of-the-art care to our patients, offering a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic options in digestive health and nutrition through our affiliations with Mercy Hospital, the Mercy Cancer Institute, St. Clair Memorial Hospital, and the UPMC South Surgery Center.All of our physicians are board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Each doctor maintains Continuing Medical Education certification through the Pennsylvania Medical Society. The physicians are faculty members of the post-doctoral teaching staff at Mercy Hospital and hold medical research positions through Allegheny University Hospital and the Allegheny Digestive Health Network.
