Don't bother with making an appointment time. The first time I waited 20 minutes past my time and today I went in and said I had an appointment(which was at my time) and was told it'll be a while...

The worst haircut I have ever gotten. The ONE time I didn't take a picture in with me and described my haircut--a fade, 3 to 2, with the front KEPT LONG, just above my eyebrows--the "stylist"...

Just waited 25 minutes for Nicole to finish drying a lady's hair and check her out. She sent almost all of the time chitchatting. She was the only stylist in the store until the last 5 minutes....

Wasn't impressed - got a simple trim and went back to get it fixed by another hairdresser because the first one HACKED my hair.
