The Newfoundland Hotel, originally established as a car repair garage in the early 1920s, has a rich history that evolved into a car showroom for Model A Fords before transforming into a hotel and restaurant in 1933. Owned and operated by the Seagraves family since 1976, The Hotel has become a beloved local establishment known simply as "The Hotel."
Though it has not operated as a hotel since before 1960, The Newfoundland Hotel continues to serve the community with its restaurant offerings and is managed by family members Michael, Kathleen, and their children, alongside their friendly Golden Retriever, Kooper. Best wings anywhere! Wednesday night is wing night!! Baked potato, broccoli and cheese, along with a soup or salad makes this the best deal north of Rt 80!
