I am there weekly. There is rarely a line and the staff are helpfull. There is also a self return station for Amazon packages so you are in and out in seconds!

So I go back to return another Amazon package and AGAIN they are absolutely clueless. Current staff is useless and helpless. AVOID this UPS Store !!!
