Training Lab

Started in 1998, Luzerne County 911 works towards wireless 911 services, effective communication, streamlined operations and new technologies. It works under the government of the County of Luzerne Department of Public Safety. Luzerne County 911 maintains a public safety answering point that processes over 1200 calls everyday. Located in Hanover Township, Pa., it is also responsible for dispatching police, fire and emergency management service agencies for the county.
