Founded in 2003, Maple Winds Care Center is a full-service nursing care and rehabilitation center. The center offers skilled and long term nursing care, intravenous therapy, wound management, specialized nutritional services and peritoneal dialysis. In addition, it provides individualized rehabilitation services that include physical, occupational and speech therapies, podiatry service and hospice care, as well as restorative nursing programs. Maple Winds Care Center's additionally provides audio and dental care, optometry assistance, laboratory tests and 24-hour ambulance service. The center maintains a barber and beauty care salon and operates through a team of specialists, therapists, physicians and support staff. It is located in Portage, Pa.
