Westmoreland County Courthouse

Located in Greensburg, Pa., the Westmoreland County Sheriff is a full-service law enforcement agency that protects residents lives, their property and individual rights. It conducts auctions for the public of seized and abandon real and personal property. The agency supports and conducts a variety of community programs related to drug awareness and bicycle and gun safety. The Westmoreland County Sheriff also offers several support services, such as animal control, concealed weapon permits, and traffic and parking law enforcement. It maintains a civil division that responds to legal processes directed to the sheriff, including writs of execution, evictions, notices, provisional and enforcement processes, and various other court orders and documents.
