Worst food experience ever, I ordered fried fish and shrimp with fried rice. The fish was old and oily like they try to fry it again from yesterday and the rice was stuck together

This is about my sixth time eating here and I get the same thing over and over which is the vegetable fried rice It's good I like how they keep it clean inside of there and are polite
