Responsibilities include Researching and identifying new government and private funding prospects, generating proposals and supporting documents in response to solicitations and generating revenues for agency programs and services through timely submission of well-researched, well written and well-documented fund-raising proposals. Ideal applicant will have at least 2 years experience with successful proposal writing and commensurate educational background. Pay DOE.
