Paula has been in the massage field for 18 years. A graduate of Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester MA. She's forever the student, constantly taking classes to learn new techniques and stay fresh in her massage knowledge. She attends the New England Regional Conferences every year as well as Cadaver Anatomy classes and various other technique classes. She specializes in Myofascial Therapy and various specific neck, shoulder, back, lumbar, side lying and hip techniques. She's trained in prenatal massage, deep tissue specific work including trigger point and friction as well as Swedish relaxation, chair massage, sports massage and stretching techniques. She's also professional member of AMTA.
