Marian Manor, established in 1962, is located in Taunton, Mass. The center provides various nursing and rehabilitative care services, and offers treatment for patients suffering from Alzheimer s disease. The health care center provides various therapies, such as physical, occupational, speech, intravenous and respiratory. Its services also include comprehensive home safety evaluation and discharge planning. Marian Manor offers various therapeutic activities to resident patients, which include group activities, art and music therapy; monthly outings and one-on-one interaction. It offers various short-and long-term care facilities; and respite; and hospice care. The center also conducts comprehensive pain assessment and management programs. Its adult day health care unit provides services, such as breakfast, lunch and nutritious snacks, and door-to-door transportation. Marian Manor is a member of Diocesan Health Facilities.

Steere House is an independent non-profit organization, serving adults who require skilled, restorative and long-term care services within a secure and caring environment. Steere House also provides educational and research experiences that enhance the care of those we serve.As a non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, you can expect us to be focused on the quality of care, not on a corporate mandate. We are supported in many ways by volunteers and are able to offer extra activities because of the generosity of our family members and donors. Our Board is committed to ensuring that we remain true to our mission, respond to local needs and serve as an effective steward of our resources. Resources are used not to benefit stockholders or increase company value, but to increase staffing, improve facilities, enhance services and, most importantly, ensure resident, family and staff satisfaction.
