Service is usually very steady here. Their drafts are usually cold, but bottles not as much. We love a good chilis deal, and there are lots of options to choose from, but the one star is removed...

We waited for a half hour after we were seated before we left. No one even came to take or drink order. Two tables next to us who were seated after us had already gotten drinks and appetizers.
