Terrible customer service manager did not call back after multiple calls. Previous owners were fantastic all done with this store.

Stressed out help and they have difficulty following directions. Writing on cake was misspelled even after I spelled it out. Cakes are delicious.

I love the icecream and I love how you can see them add in all your toppings you want on a cold stone. That is where it got the name cold stone.
