Established in April 1894, Newport Yacht Club (NYC) provides yachting facilities in and around Newport area and Narragansett Bay. The company provides a venue for the Newport City Council to host officials from its sister cities throughout the year. One of the main philanthropies of the company is The Seamen's Church Institute (SCI). The Newport Yacht Club (NYC) has experience in working with the city of Newport and the state of Rhode Island in conducting regattas.

As it was 20 degrees and windy for the Holiday Boat Parade we came in here and had a few beers and SOME REALLY TASTY EGG SALAD SANDWICHES. Seriously I ate about 12 of them which helped me survive...
