R I Yacht Club

History

The Rhode Island Yacht Club was established in 1875 to encourage yachting, yacht building, seamanship and advancement of navigation and nautical science. RIYC continues to maintain a Clubhouse and anchorage facilities for the recreation and use of its members at its original location on Stillhouse Cove in the city of Cranston.
