Morons. They canceled my autopay because they "updated their systems", never told me about it, then threatened to cut off service because I didn't pay in time. These people are incompetent.

Horrific to deal with. Finally finish the payment plan (which by the way isn't helpful) to only have them MOVE UP THE DUE DATE 2 months in a row. On plan. Due date the 12th. Finish plan, next due...
