Claudia Moulden, ANP-C, MSN, is the founder and lead provider of NeXtGen Medical LLC. She is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with three degrees in nursing and over a decade of experience in rheumatology, specializing in the management of chronic and complex conditions. Claudia began her career in neurology, where she helped establish the first stroke center in Niagara County, New York. She later expanded her practice to include anti-aging and wellness-based care and is training-certified by The Hormonal Health Institute. Her services include bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, arthritis care, and customized wellness plans.
