I live here so I can play just about any course, our group plays all over. I played Colonial Charter and I would say it was just OK, worth what we payed to play it. So what I'm saying to visitors...

It's 1 star now. This place used to be called Colonial Charters which was a fair layout. They look like they tore a lot down to make room for housing but then got caught in the '08-'10 recession....
