Dancing Hammock Pilates & Movement is an Equipment-Based Boutique Pilates studio near Hilton Head Island, in Bluffton SC. STOTT PILATES Reformers, Towers and Chairs are used with Private, Duet, and 6-8 person Group Equipment sessions. AntiGravity® Fitness Classes (aerial hammock,) and BounceFit (bellicon® mini trampoline) options available. We specialize in small groups and customized experiences. I attended a session with Kennedy One Self. It was amazing! The time flew in a heartbeat! I came out rested, restored and much less stressed than when I entered! Its a pretty space! Thank you!
