Car was dirty and filled with dog hair and claw marks from previous renter.Had severe allergic reaction and had to switch cars at another location in another state.Location has still not resolved...

no stars....I had a reservation but it was not honered!!!! I called several times... but was told it was a glitz in system but they would find and honor my reservation. No one know how to do...
