Mobile Meals is an independent 501-C3 non-profit organization. It serves nearly 2,000 residents with approximately 150 volunteers. Based in Spartanburg, S.C., Mobile Meals began operations in October of 1977. The organization delivers nutritious, hot meal to approximately 1,800 of frail and homebound throughout the Spartanburg region. Mobile Meals' ministry includes meal delivery, nursing services, case management as well as a lay pastor.
