Dr. Kelli Williams has joined West Ashley Primary Care providing allergy and immunology services. She earned her BA in chemistry at Colgate University, her M.D. from Tulane University School of Medicine, and her MPH in international health and development from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. She completed her residency in pediatrics at MUSC and her fellowship in allergy and immunology at the National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. While in fellowship, her research focused on rare immunologic and allergic diseases in both children and adults. Dr. Williams is comfortable seeing patients of all ages. Her clinical interests include allergic rhinitis and sinus disease, asthma, anaphylaxis and mastocytosis, drug allergy, eczema and contact dermatitis, eosinophilic disease, food allergy, recurrent infection, and urticaria and angioedema. Dr. Williams has a particular interest in evaluating patients with possible immune deficiency or immune dysregulation.

Dr. Eric Angermeier is a fellowship-trained hand and wrist surgeon dedicated to helping patients reduce pain and restore function. He provides expert care for acute injuries and chronic conditions, offering both surgical and non-surgical treatment options. Dr. Angermeier specializes in minimally invasive techniques to shorten recovery time and reduce infection risk, and he has a particular interest in opioid-sparing approaches. Committed to personalized care, he works closely with each patient to develop a treatment plan tailored to their individual goals.

Dr. Kokko is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand and wrist care. He earned his medical degree and completed his orthopedic residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, followed by a hand and microvascular surgery fellowship at New York University’s Hospital for Joint Diseases. Co-founder of the Hand Institute of Charleston, he offers advanced operative and nonoperative treatments for conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, arthritis, fractures, and Dupuytren’s contracture, with expertise in minimally invasive and opioid-sparing techniques.
