Isabel Sheorn, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in primary care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2018. Following graduation, she worked as a bedside nurse with MUSC in both Charleston and Camden. Isabel brings extensive experience in hematology/oncology and women’s health, along with a strong passion for primary care. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and provides care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through adulthood. Known for her compassionate and holistic approach, Isabel focuses on managing both chronic conditions and acute illnesses using the latest evidence-based practices. She currently practices at MUSC Health Primary Care – Haile Street in Camden, SC, as well as MUSC Health Primary Care – East Marion Street in Kershaw, SC. She is accepting new patients at both locations.

Kelly Warnock is a licensed and board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides care to both children and adults. For several years, Kelly worked as an RN at Duke University Medical Center. From there, she earned her MSN from the University of Phoenix and later her FNP from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Prior to becoming a family nurse practitioner, she worked as Chief Nursing Officer and developed Case Management programs for local hospitals. She has been working in the Camden area since 2010. Kelly’s clinical interests include chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. She is dedicated to helping people live their best and healthiest life. She has a passion for international missions, and she has made several trips to Nepal, India, and most recently Ecuador. She serves as the Health and Hunger Committee’s chairperson for the local United Way, with the goal of improving community health. She lives in Camden and enjoys spending her free time with her family---especially her three grandchildren that call her “Mimi."
