Lesslie Volunteer Fire Department

Established in 1955, The Lesslie Volunteer Fire Department is a public safety agency that works to protect the lives and property of residents through fire suppression, disaster preparedness, emergency medical services and fire prevention through education. It is comprised of more than 40 firefighters and over 50 volunteer members. The department operates various fire stations and utilizes fire engines, ladder trucks, tankers, service and grass tucks. The Lesslie Volunteer Fire Department offers information regarding fire prevention and safety. It maintains a communication and dispatch center that coordinates responses to fire and medical emergency services. The department additionally has a training division that conducts classes in firefighting and rescue. The Lesslie Volunteer Fire Department is located in Rock Hill, S.C.
