Lidia Baldea, MD

Dominic Johnson, MD, is an interventional cardiologist with Carolina Cardiology Consultants. Dr. Johnson earned his medical degree from the Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He also completed a fellowship in general cardiology at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina, and a fellowship in interventional cardiology at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Johnson is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in the following three areas: internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology.

Dr. Vaz earned his medical degree from Seth G.S. Medical College in Mumbai, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. Dr. Vaz completed a clinical fellowship in cardiac imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital, and a cardiology fellowship at the Krannert Institute of Cardiology at Indiana University School of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Diseases, Nuclear Cardiology, and Internal Medicine, and his special interests include heart failure, preventive cardiology, and cardiac imaging.
