Lutheran Hospice

Lutheran Homes of South Carolina is one of the oldest senior services ministries in the state. For over a century, our non-profit organization has grown to set standards to meet the needs of our residents, patients, and clients. We’re proud to offer a continuum of care for older adults at five communities and through our BeWell@Home, BeWell Home Services, and Lutheran Hospice programs. Our entire organization is rooted in faith and welcomes people of all faiths and creeds to live more independently throughout their life.
