Mex 1 was between 3 and 4 stars for me, but I'm going to give the bump because I was hangry when we arrived and that likely made me feel more negative. The location is great and the vibes are fun....

Mex 1 on Sullivans is a classic for after a beach day. It's nothing too special or unique, but the drinks and the tacos are good and the outdoor patio is nice to sit out on. Service is always good.
