Milton Armstrong, M.D. is a plastic surgeon with additional training and expertise in hand & microsurgery. Dr Armstrong's practice includes management of routine hand problems, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger fingers and arthritis. He has expertise in re-attaching amputated fingers and hands and reconstructing pediatric problems, such as webbing of fingers, duplicated digits, and absent thumbs. He has performed over 2,000 breast reductions, hundreds of body contouring operations, burn repairs with skin grafts and microsurgical reconstructions. These nine years of post-graduate training after medical school and 29 years of academic practice make Dr. Armstrong uniquely suited to manage complex reconstructive problems.As an educator, Dr. Armstrong has had the opportunity to train over 50 plastic surgeons, many of whom have gone on to academic careers themselves. He is a director of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a member of the Board of the Directors of the American Association for Hand Surgery,In addition to his busy clinical practice, Dr. Armstrong serves the Medical University of South Carolina as the chief of plastic, reconstructive and hand surgery and the program director for the 3-year plastic surgery program the flagship Plastic Surgery program in the state of South Carolina.

Dr. Norcross received his residency training at Cooper Hospital – University Medical Center and his fellowship training at the Southern New Jersey Regional Trauma Center at Cooper Hospital – University Medical Center. He received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
