Palmetto Scholars Academy

Colleton Preparatory Academy offers education to students in grades nine through 12. Its academic curriculum includes English, reading, science, mathematics, social studies, fine arts and Spanish. The school also provides a range of sports activities that includes volleyball, tennis, football, softball, baseball, basketball, golf, cheerleading, and track and field. Additionally, the school organizes a variety of extracurricular programs that include student council, academic quiz bowl team and the National Honor Society. The school also has a parent-teacher association that organizes several fundraising activities. Beaufort Academy is an independent college preparatory school in Beaufort, S.C., with an annual enrollment of 375 students from pre-kindergarten to the 12th grade. The school s library provides materials and services appropriate to the curriculum of the school and implements the media program into the curriculum through collaboration with teachers, students, parents and administrators.
