He also served as Chief of Pediatrics at the 20th Medical Group at Shaw AFB in Sumter, SC, and a Staff Pediatrician at the 6th Medical Group at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL and at the 35th Medical Group at Misawa AFB in Misawa, Japan, providing compassionate care to military families.
