This review is for the inserts I recieved. The process went fairly well with a fitting using an electronic device to scan my foot. No longer the foam step in box that I've used in the past....

I moved to this area. and requested an appointment. I was told the first opening was for next year. Four months to get an appointment is telling clear that the place is not organized and understaffed

It took a an hour and a half before even getting seen by the doc FOR A CHECK UP!! The place was not clean at all. The people at the front desk were nice.
