The Piggly Wiggly Carolina Company, established in 1947, is a self-service grocery store that offers a range of food and grocery products. It operates a chain of privately owned, family-operated stores in South Carolina and serves more than 100 retail stores. It has a workforce of over 5,000 employees. Its stores offer a range of ready-to-eat meals, such as beef and chicken dinners, casseroles, family-style portions, fish and seafood, gourmet items and international food items.
