About Givens Estates Givens Estates is a non-profit Life Plan Community (also known as a continuing care retirement community or CCRC) located on 215 acres in Asheville, North Carolina. For more than 40 years, our community has served the greater Asheville area by supporting residents in leading purpose-driven lives. In addition to providing quality services and amenities, our community is financially sound with strong leadership. Givens Estates has been accredited by CARF since 1993, meaning our community has passed an in-depth review based on national and international quality standards. Givens Estates has also received a A- rating by Fitch Ratings, indicating a positive outlook based on strong occupancy and financial strength.

Windsor House has various locations in South Carolina and North Carolina, including one in Spartanburg, S.C., and provides assisted living services. It offers its services to senior citizens and individuals who require assistance with their daily activities. The center provides various amenities, such as bedrooms with built-in closets and private baths for assisted living, one-bedroom apartments for independent living, televisions with cable connection and emergency call system. It also provides a fully equipped library, beauty salon and barbershop to its residents. Its services include dietician-approved meals, medication monitoring and administration, housekeeping and maintenance services, resident laundry services and scheduled medical transportation. In addition, Windsor House offers various wellness programs conducted by a trained therapist to contribute to residents health with walking and exercise sessions.
