If I could give the Simmons Park Apartment a #0 I would. The building is dirty and smelly. When we looked at unit for our senior mom they told us of all the great improvements they had planned....

Beware!!! Our electricity bill last month was $500.00! We had to contact the management office several times to have our AC unit replaced, and once they did, we had to contact them several times...

I just moved out of Simmons Park Apartments and would never recommend anyone to move there. The halls were filthy carpet dirty with stains, walls dirty and nasty. the air conditioner in the halls...
