Covenant Place provides a range of lifestyle options, including Apartment Home Living, Assisted Living, Heartfelt Connections secured memory care, and Skilled Nursing Care. Covenant Place is also participant with Medicare Part A for inpatient short term rehabilitation, utilizing our state-of-the-art Marian Carey Rehabilitation Center in partnership with Heritage Healthcare - a Compassionate Care Rehab Provider. Medicare Part B for outpatient rehabilitation can be used by current residents. As the only Continuing Care Retirement Community in the area, Covenant Place is a rental community with no buy-in fees or long-term contract.
