Small location with only two retail windows. This a full service location and good for quick transactions. However, the formation of a line seems inevitable because of the minuscule size alone....

How hard would it be to POST your HOURS or simply answer the phone or have a recording of location and HOURS ok so now I have to write a book in order to be posted or heard

If a post office is only open for an hour, why even open? My post office in Elgin has been having some issues, due to a fire they had a few weeks ago, so I have to use different ones in the area....
