2012 BMW, low coolant light came on, no visible leaks underneath the car. The engine never ran hot. Trusted them in the past and authorized the repair. The end result was a $2,788.11 repair bill...

They added head gasket sealer to my engine and clogged the whole engine and radiator up cause they were too lazy to change my water pump they will never see me again
