The company s notable projects include Hummer of Sioux Falls, The Clubhouse Suites Hotel, The Sheraton Hotel, Dow Rummel Village, Citibank, Verne Eide Motorcars, and several projects for both Sioux Valley and Mckennan Hospitals. Syverson Tile & Stone was founded in 1932 in Sioux Falls, S.D. It moved to its current headquarters on Western Avenue in Sioux Falls in 1979. It also has a tile and stone fabrication facility in Fargo, N.D.
