Avera Endocrinology & Diabetes — Dawley Farm

This clinic is on the third floor inside Avera Family Health Center – Dawley Farm near the intersection of East 26th Street and SD Highway 11 (south of Target). Use the southeast entrance. Free parking is available next to the building. We serve patients with all types of diabetes (including type 1 and 2) and patients with other conditions involving the endocrine system.
