The Masonic Service Association of North America (MSA) is dedicated to supporting Freemasonry, the nation, and global communities, emerging from the need to aid U.S. military servicemen post-World War I. Established in 1919, the MSA serves Grand Lodges by providing essential services and coordinating disaster relief efforts across the globe. With a strong commitment to veterans, the MSA operates a comprehensive Hospital Visitation Program and boasts approximately 180 representatives and numerous volunteers active in VA Medical Centers nationwide.
