Established in 1949. The Pheasant Café opened in 1949, has been owned by the same couple since 1966 and run by 3 generations of the family since then! The professional team and the fans of this local hub form the "Pheasant fam." Locals affectionately call this place "The Bird." The Pheasant serves inspired takes on upscale-casual SoDak favorites, real food in the heart of the farm belt. Housemade artisan ice creams. Local lamb and bison.
